Preparation:

The wine spends 8 to 10 months in new casks made from French oak from the Forêt de Bertrange and 4 to 6 months in bottles. This is an excellent wine, with a good alcohol content, tannin balance and acidity.

Tasting Notes:

Here we discover some balsamic and mineral aromas which add complexity to the wine, which offers a sound structure and some sweetness from the glycerine to round off the tasting experience.
